Salad pages

Salad Pages is a new, independent book publisher with a different vision: they¬†specialise in publishing books written only by young authors (aged 22 and under). The concept celebrates its authors “Salad Days”. A phrase coined by Shakespeare: meaning the time of youth, enthusiasm, raw ideas and fresh reasoning.

 

After the logo was selected, my task was to come up with the visual identity and design the website around it. Inspired by the tagline "a new age of books", the repetition of "a new" emphasises the company's image as a pioneer in publishing only young authors.

The photographic style is centered on the young people and the font is fresh and friendly.
